Dulwich College is a world-renowned independent school with a strong tradition of academic excellence and social purpose. We are seeking an exceptional Director of Business Development to lead and deliver our long-term commercial strategy. This senior leadership role will drive growth in sustainable non-fee income across all enterprise activities, including sports facilities, events, lettings, retail and international partnerships.

Working closely with the Master and COO, you will ensure commercial success aligns with the College’s educational mission, supporting bursaries, capital investment and financial resilience. You will also lead the College’s commercial relationship with Education in Motion, safeguarding and enhancing the Dulwich brand globally while identifying future expansion opportunities.

We are looking for a strategic, commercially accomplished leader with a strong track record of revenue growth, partnership development and stakeholder engagement in complex environments.
