We are currently recruiting for the role of Deputy Head of Catering to join our busy kitchen which serves lunch to over 1500 boys and staff per day as well as operating a café, hospitality catering and a separate site for the Kindergarten and infant school (DUCKS). We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to strengthen the Catering Department leadership team and act as Front of House operational lead for Catering at Dulwich College.

This is an all-year-round role working on a rota basis which includes evenings, weekends and some bank holidays.

Role Purpose
  • To act as Front of House operational lead for Catering at Dulwich College.
  • To plan and deliver projects to enhance and improve the way Catering is delivered at the College.
  • To implement a culture of excellence within the Catering team.
  • To deputise for and support the Head of Catering in ensuring the Catering Department is run to the highest professional standard, delivering a food and beverage service that meets customer expectation, food and hygiene standards and financial targets.

  • Hours - 37.5 hours per week
  • Reports to - Head of Catering
