We are looking for a Digital and Web Content Manager to join the Marketing and Communications team, leading and evolving a high-profile website, shaping engaging digital content, improving user experience, and driving performance across web and digital channels.

What we need

  • Strong experience managing website content, structure, and day-to-day delivery within a marketing or communications environment
  • Excellent editorial judgment and copy-editing skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, on-brand content for different audiences
  • Good eye for visual storytelling across photography, video, graphics, and digital content
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, website analytics, UX improvements, and CMS platforms
  • Experience maintaining web content standards, accessibility, compliance, and brand consistency
  • Ability to manage website development priorities, technical updates, audits, migrations, and external suppliers
  • Experience planning and delivering paid digital campaigns across Google and Meta
  • Good understanding of how web content supports wider marketing, admissions, engagement, and brand objectives
  • Confidence working cross-functionally with marketing, admissions, fundraising, IT, and external partners
  • Proactive, organised, and comfortable balancing planned content with emerging needs and opportunities

Nice to have

  • Experience with website migration projects
  • Experience supporting brand refresh or rebrand rollouts in digital channels
  • Familiarity with Django-based CMS platforms such as Wagtail
  • Experience with CRM-driven digital journeys or platforms such as OpenApply
