We are seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead our Finance team and support the College's strategic and operational decision-making. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will oversee day-to-day financial management across all College entities, ensuring strong financial controls, accurate reporting and full regulatory compliance.
You will manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, management accounts, statutory reporting and key processes including accounts payable, non-fee income and treasury activity. The role also includes providing clear financial insight to senior leaders, supporting major projects, and driving improvements to systems, processes and reporting, including digital and data-led enhancements.
You will lead and develop the Finance team, work closely with Fees and Payroll colleagues, and help strengthen the College's long-term financial sustainability.
