Full time Mixed Animal Vet in General Practice

Position offered to a vet with at least 2 years experience in mixed animal practice.

Dulverton Veterinary Practice is a small, very friendly independent practice, situated on the border to beautiful Exmoor national park and a lot of our farm clients are located within this stunning area.

Start of work: January 2027

Times:

  • 4 day week (9:00am until 5:00pm) (alternatively a 3 day per week position can be discussed)

  • lunch break is between 1:00pm and 2:00pm subject to emergencies

  • no night duties but one night a week late pm duty until 7:00 pm

  • one in 4 rota for Saturday morning 9:00am until 1:00pm

  • UK driving licence required

Holidays:4 weeks annual holiday

CPD:CPD encouraged, course expenses covered after discussion

RCVS & BVA membership:Paid for by the practice

Probation Period: 3 months

Salary: Starting at £48.000 per annum,depending on years of experience
