ADR Training Made Simple With Dulson Training
To gain your ADR qualification you will need to attend an initial course, this fixed duration course concludes with exams for the different types of load, known as classes, you wish to carry.
The most common course is 4 days and covers ADR core, packages and 7 different classes with exams. You can also then add an additional day, to make it 5 days, to do fuel tanks and the exam.
If you are only required to carry a certain class or 2, you could attend a bespoke course for ADR core, packages and 1 or 2 classes only with exams.
If your ADR is about to expire you can attend a shorter 3-day refresher course and exams. Most people choose to sit the full initial course instead of the refresher due to new legalities and content to learn. You will also benefit from additional Driver CPC hours if you require them.
Available opportunities include:
- Job Seekers or Low-Income individuals earning under £25500 pa to complete Cat C and Driver CPC or Forklift for free.
- People working in the construction industry with a CITB registered employer to upskill to HGV driver with a small company contribution
