Description
We are currently looking for our next dulann Rockstar!
We want to hear from you if you believe you are (or believe you will be), a highly motivated, focused and personable Telemarketing Representative.
This is an entry level role, and to join our team, preference will be given to Candidates who can also prove that they have a strong ability to work remotely on their own initiative.
As a Rockstar, you can work remotely from anywhere in the World, and you will be providing back up, support, and reporting to the Sales Manager who is based in Wexford Ireland.
Role Overview
In the short term, your main responsibility will be in appointment setting.
Please note that this is NOT a Telesales role, and you will not be required to sell unless we all agree that your career develops that way.
The main focus initially is on appointment setting for the Sales team.
The position may suit someone that wishes to work from home, but also requires additional flexibility in the days and times that they are available for Rockstar duties.
You will therefore have a strong ability to stay focused, so you can manage & organise your own workload when you are on stage!
The position may also suit someone looking to change careers in order to seek a better work life balance.
We are however looking for Adults to be part of #Teamdulann, so the tradeoff for such flexibility, is your ability to deliver on your Key Performance Indicators when the stage lights go on!
We are not looking for someone who wants a hobby, or to facilitate a better social life.
Ideally you will also have some exposure to Telemarketing / Sales, however a redline prerequisite is to have some experience working with Customers on the telephone.
If this was in a B2B environment then magic, but people with B2C experience will certainly be considered.
Preference will be given to people who have previous exposure to the use of CRM software such as Sales Force, however if your people skills are exceptional, then a basic knowledge of computers and software systems is enough to be considered.
The successful candidate will have exposure to social media, and preference is given to someone who is an advanced user of Linkedin or Linked In Navigator in a B2B setting.
You must be a logical thinker, with a clear focus on achieving your Key Performance Indicators, which includes booking a set number of quality appointments every week using our BANT process.
Full training is provided.
Exposure to desktop Market Research would be a decided advantage.
Exposure to the Health & Safety Industry will help you get your first Number 1 hit quicker, but it is not a prerequisite.
In the medium to longer term, it is envisaged that this role can grow for the right Candidate, and that the successful Candidate could play a leading role in our Sales & Marketing Team.
Who knows what the future may bring!
Typical "Day to Day" Responsibilities include
- You must maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to offer accurate and helpful information to Customers & Potential Customers.
