Most SDR roles book meetings for a product nobody questions. This one puts you at the front of a category that doesn't exist yet; you're the first voice a technical buyer hears, and the first person to make them believe the game has changed.

Why this matters now: AI is rewriting how software gets built. But shipping still breaks on testing. Engineering leaders are desperate to release faster without dropping quality, and they can't get there with manual QA or brittle test automation. Here's the bigger shift: as AI writes more of the code, the bottleneck moves from generating software to trusting it. Nobody owns that trust layer yet. Duku is building it, autonomous agents that simulate real users, catch critical failures before production, and self-heal as the product evolves. Backed by experienced operators and investors, we're building what we believe will become a core layer of the modern software stack.

We're looking for an exceptional Sales Development Rep to help define the category. Not someone to inherit a playbook. Someone to build one.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the top of the funnel. Build outbound from scratch, find the right CTOs and founders, qualify them, and book the meetings that become pipeline. No inherited lists, no warm leads to coast on.
  • Master the message. Learn to write to engineering leaders so they actually reply. Their inboxes are full of generic SaaS pitches; you'll be the one that cuts through.
  • Qualify with judgment. Our buyers are technical and discerning. You'll separate real fit from noise and protect the team's time for the conversations that matter.
  • Feed the loop. Your conversations are the rawest signal we have on who we're for and what lands. You'll bring that back and help sharpen ICP and messaging every week.
  • Build the engine. Test sequences, channels, hooks, and lists. Find what works, kill what doesn't, and make the winners repeatable.

Who You Are:

  • High agency. You operate like an owner. You don't wait for a list to be handed to you; you go build one.
  • Sharp writer. You cut complexity to a sentence and write to technical buyers without sounding like every other SDR in their inbox.
  • Relentlessly curious. You want to understand the product well enough to be dangerous in a cold conversation, not just recite a script.

What we're looking for:

  • A track record of outbound that actually worked, meetings booked, pipeline created, not just activity logged.
  • Comfortable reaching and qualifying technical buyers.
  • Thrives in ambiguity and early-stage chaos.
  • Coachable and fast-learning; outbound is a craft you sharpen every week.
  • If you've built an outbound motion from zero before, even better.
  • Consistent over-performance in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience selling to technical buyers.
  • Comfortable selling early product.
  • Worked in fast, ambiguous environments.
  • Proven ability to create pipeline from zero.

If you’ve built from scratch before or sold a new category, even better.

Why Now:

AI is rewriting software development. But shipping still breaks on testing. Engineering leaders are desperate to release faster without lowering quality. They can’t do it with manual QA or brittle test automation. They will need autonomous agents, full stop. Five years from now, every high-velocity team will depend on AI-native QA. We’re building the platform that gets them there and would love for you to join us.
