What You'll Do
- Build and own growth channels from zero across outbound, content, partnerships, communities, and experiments
- Work directly with founders to design and run founder‐led GTM loops
- Turn customer and market signals into repeatable growth systems
- Rapidly test hypotheses across ICP, messaging, channels, and conversion paths
- Identify and double down on what compounds, kill what doesn't
- Operate inside the product engine to align growth with real user value
