Dukes Tutoring is seeking an exceptional Client Services Executive to join our team, supporting the delivery of a tailored, high-quality service to families and students. This is a pivotal, client-facing role at the heart of our organisation. You will act as a trusted first point of contact for families, leading client conversations and guiding them through our services with confidence and professionalism.

A key part of the role involves conducting client calls and meetings, understanding individual needs, and working collaboratively to convert enquiries into long-term tutoring relationships. Alongside delivering an outstanding client experience, you will play an active role in maintaining and progressing a shared sales pipeline, ensuring enquiries are followed up, managed effectively, and converted where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Experience & Sales Pipeline
    • Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries, leading calls and meetings with confidence and professionalism.
    • Build strong relationships with families, understanding their needs and advising on suitable tutoring and assessment options.
    • Manage and nurture a shared sales pipeline, ensuring all enquiries are tracked, followed up, and progressed.
    • Work collaboratively with the team to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and ongoing tuition.
    • Communicate clearly and confidently around services, packages, and pricing.
    • Deliver a seamless, high-touch client experience from initial enquiry through to ongoing support.
  • Tutor Matching & Relationship Management
    • Develop a strong understanding of our tutors to ensure carefully considered, high-quality matches.
    • Liaise closely with tutors regarding availability, and lesson feedback.
  • Operations & Scheduling
    • Coordinate schedules across clients, tutors, and assessors.
    • Oversee the organisation of lessons, assessments, and events.
    • Manage diary logistics and room bookings where applicable.
    • Respond proactively to changes, ensuring continuity and a consistently high standard of service.
  • Assessments & Events
    • Manage administration for assessments, mock exams, and interview preparation sessions and other events.
  • Financial & Administrative Oversight
    • Communicate commission with our agents monthly.
    • Invoice clients for events, first lessons, and pre-paid clients.
    • Ensure all client and tutor information is accurately recorded within internal systems.
About You
  • An excellent communicator, confident leading client calls and meetings with clarity and professionalism.
  • Commercially aware, with an understanding of how to support and maintain a sales pipeline.
  • Highly proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
  • A collaborative team player who contributes positively to a supportive, high-performing environment.
  • Exceptionally organised, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Calm and composed in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
  • Discreet and thoughtful when handling sensitive information.
  • Able to work in our central London office a minimum of two days per week, with flexibility to support occasional events.
  • Experience within education, tutoring, or a client-focused, consultative sales environment is highly desirable, though not essential for the right candidate.

Start date: ASAP

Location and working pattern: Central London, at least two days in the office. Monday – Friday, 9am-5.30pm (9am-5pm on Fridays).

Salary: £30,000-32,000 per annum + commission.
