Dukes Tutoring is seeking an exceptional Client Services Executive to join our team, supporting the delivery of a tailored, high-quality service to families and students. You will act as a trusted first point of contact for families, leading client conversations and guiding them through our services with confidence and professionalism. A key part of the role involves conducting client calls and meetings, understanding individual needs, and working collaboratively to convert enquiries into long-term tutoring relationships.
Tutor Matching & Relationship Management
- Develop a strong understanding of our tutors to ensure carefully considered, high-quality matches.
Financial & Administrative Oversight
- Able to work in our central London office a minimum of two days per week, with flexibility to support occasional events.
