Dukes Plus Consultancy is looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented Events Manager to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is hard-working, driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment delivering high-quality experiences. You’ll lead the planning and delivery of a range of online and in-person events, working closely with schools, tutors, and internal teams to ensure exceptional outcomes. From managing logistics and staffing to hosting events and building strong stakeholder relationships, you’ll play a central role in creating impactful programmes.

What you’ll do:
- Plan, organise, and deliver high-quality events and programmes
- Manage event staff, tutors, and logistics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and stakeholders
- Monitor budgets, performance, and feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Contribute to the development of new events and initiatives
