Sancton Wood School is seeking a reliable, caring, and proactive Midday Supervisor to join our dedicated team at the Senior School site. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the wellbeing and safety of our students during their lunch break.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise students during the lunchtime period, both in the dining hall and playground areas
- Encourage positive behaviour and ensure the school’s expectations are upheld
- Provide support to students where needed, helping to create a safe and happy environment
- Report any concerns or incidents to the appropriate member of staff
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Enjoy working with young people and be a positive role model
- Be confident, approachable, and calm under pressure
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- (Previous experience in a school or supervisory role is desirable but not essential)
