We are seeking an Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, self‑motivated individual who is passionate about supporting children to achieve their full potential.

The successful candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm, initiative, and a positive attitude, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team while also using their own judgement when appropriate.

The Role

Work in partnership with the class teacher to support the educational, emotional, social, and physical wellbeing of named children.

  • Support children individually, in small groups, or within the wider classroom environment.
  • Assist with the preparation, organisation, and maintenance of learning activities and resources.
  • Maintain records, observations, and notes relating to the progress and wellbeing of named children, as directed.
  • Help create and maintain a happy, caring, and stimulating learning environment.
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, treating all members of the school community with kindness, openness, and respect.
