Duke's Aldridge is seeking a Reflection Room Supervisor to oversee the daily operation of our Reflection Room, providing pupils with a calm, purposeful space to continue learning while reflecting on behaviour.
You will work with teachers, Behaviour Leads and senior leaders to coordinate tasks, maintain records and support interventions, ensuring students return to lessons ready to engage with learning.
