We are on the search for a Sales & Reservations Team Member to join our Central Reservations Team, based in our Manchester city centre canal-side head office at Elle R Leisure. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is highly motivated, has an excellent telephone manner and enjoys creating great guest experiences from the very first interaction. You will be someone who can work both as part of a team and independently, confidently managing enquiries and guest bookings. We’re looking for a natural problem solver who can think on their feet, maximise opportunities and always keep guest satisfaction at the heart of everything they do.

Elle R Leisure is a truly independent, multi-concept hospitality operator. We have been trailblazers for over 20 years and continue to grow and evolve across the North West hospitality industry. Our venues include Albert’s Restaurants, Dukes 92, Woodlands Hotel, Soughton Hall, Hello Hotel, and newly opened Longridge House. This is a part‑time position, and candidates will need to be fully flexible to work Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling all inbound enquiries regarding restaurant bookings and general queries via phone, email and social media
  • Communicating effectively with venue management teams to ensure all booking details and important guest notes are clearly shared
  • Using initiative to maximise covers and space within the restaurant diary, thinking creatively when managing reservations
  • Ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional hospitality and guest satisfaction
The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone with a genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer service. The ability to build relationships with guests, promote our venues and ensure a smooth and enjoyable booking journey is essential. You will also be confident working independently, able to manage your workload, make decisions when needed and approach challenges with a positive, solution‑focused mindset.

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to upsell and promote the business and menus
  • A positive, proactive and can‑do attitude
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team in an office environment
  • Previous experience in hospitality as a host/hostess (desirable)
  • Previous experience using the OpenTable booking system (desirable)
