This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, independently owned, award winning events venue in Manchester City Centre. The Castlefield Rooms has been newly refurbed in January 2023 and is the event space linked to Dukes 92 (Manchester's best loved canal side bar). It comprises three dedicated event rooms. The site facilitates a large number of weddings, as well as corporate events and private parties of up to 250 guests.
We are now looking for Events team members to come join our award winning team.
The role:
- Be the friendly face that greets our guests and sets the tone for their experience from the moment they arrive.
- Seamlessly assist in setting up events, ensuring every detail is picture-perfect and ready to wow.
- Deliver top-notch service during events, from serving delicious cuisine to mixing signature cocktails, all while exuding warmth and professionalism.
- Tackle challenges with a smile and quick thinking – because in the world of events, no two moments are the same.
- Collaborate with a diverse team to orchestrate flawless events that exceed expectations.
