Role Overview
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service and building long-term relationships. Using knowledge of our products, you will offer independent, tailored advice to help customers obtain the best from their existing contracts and access new opportunities.
The majority of your time will be spent making outbound calls to existing customers, supporting their ongoing needs, identifying growth opportunities, and providing pricing and product information.

Responsibilities
- Proactively make outbound calls to strengthen existing relationships with customers.
- Retain and grow customer accounts by understanding their needs and providing tailored advice, product recommendations, and contract support.
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly via phone, email, and other channels, delivering a high standard of service.
- Identify and follow up on new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and notes from all interactions.
- Share customer feedback and recurring issues to help improve internal processes and the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a telephone customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust.
- A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to problem solving.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling customer conversations throughout the day.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of print technologies is helpful, but not essential as full training will be provided.
