Duke Corporate Education is seeking a Project Director to join our team of experienced business and learning experts, playing a key role in developing and driving leadership development solutions for our clients.

This role supports clients in the Middle East and requires the post holder to speak Arabic.
Responsibilities
- Translate client needs into actionable solutions and project plans, driving progress towards deliverables
- Manage project budget, contract, and timelines to ensure successful project completion
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project progress and quality standards are met
- Lead project team members by providing feedback, guidance, and support to ensure project milestones and goals are met
- Prepare and deliver status updates and presentations to clients and internal teams
- Identify, track, and communicate project risks and issues to drive resolution
- Compile and analyze data to evaluate project performance
Requirements
Must Haves
- Experience in learning & development program design (preferably for Leadership Development) or consulting in a people related field
- Bachelor’s degree in business, education or related field required
- Project management qualification strongly desired for this role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build relationships at senior level
- Ability to lead, motivate, and influence project team members to drive success
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in Arabic is essential
