The Role

We are seeking a Project Director to join our London‑based team, playing a key role in leading and delivering complex leadership development engagements for our clients. This is a senior delivery role with accountability for end‑to‑end programme success, client experience, and project governance. The Project Director works closely with senior client stakeholders, internal teams, and global partners to translate client needs into high‑quality leadership development solutions and ensure disciplined execution across scope, timelines, and delivery standards. This role is office‑based in London and requires regular travel to client sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement and Solution Delivery
    • Translate client needs into impactful leadership development and learning solutions
    • Act as a senior delivery partner to clients, ensuring clarity, alignment, and confidence throughout the engagement
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, including multinational and FTSE 500 organisations
  • Project Leadership and Delivery Ownership
    • Lead and coordinate cross‑functional project teams across regions and time zones
    • Provide guidance, feedback, and support to ensure teams deliver against project goals
    • Collaborate closely with internal and external partners to maintain momentum and quality
  • Reporting and Communication
    • Prepare and deliver clear project updates and presentations for senior audiences
    • Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and knowledge capture across engagements

Requirements

  • Experience in leadership development, learning and development, or consulting within a people‑related field
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex projects or programmes end‑to‑end
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability
  • Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic environment
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly
