Duke Corporate Education is seeking a Program Manager to support the design and delivery of leadership development programs for global clients. This is a fixed term, 12‑month contract role created to provide additional capacity while we manage client demand. The Program Manager is responsible for the end‑to‑end coordination and execution of leadership development programs. This includes managing logistics, partnering closely with clients, coordinating with internal faculty and delivery teams, and ensuring programs are designed and delivered to a consistently high standard across in‑person and virtual formats. This role requires in‑office presence and the ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams.

Responsibilities

  • Client Program Delivery: Own end‑to‑end execution, including project plans, budgets, invoicing, contracting, and material planning. Drive critical delivery elements and manage post‑program evaluation and debriefing. Coordinate design meetings and logistics, offer design ideas, and manage communications.
  • On‑Site Program Support: Handle hotel/conference logistics, on‑site materials, and classroom set‑up.
  • Virtual Program Support: Manage virtual delivery logistics, liaise on graphic design, and provide content and module support. Coordinate event details, communications, and attendance tracking.
  • Client Relationship Management (CRM): Build relationships, understand client business, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure smooth delivery transitions.
  • Project Budgeting: Manage program budgets, contracts, materials, and expenses. Ensure billing accuracy.
  • Evaluation Process: Review evaluations, prepare summary reports, and contribute to debrief meetings and program improvements.
  • Project Design: Collaborate on special design assignments and participate in developing program elements.
  • Knowledge Management: Maintain and update program delivery documents.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities during program delivery, contribute to internal business development, and share best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, with at least three years experience working in a client‑facing role.
  • Experience in professional education or learning and development, and learning management systems preferred.
  • Experience working with remote/virtual teams.
  • Project management experience required, with the ability to manage schedules, deadlines, resources, budgets, and reports.
  • Project Management qualification desirable.
  • Demonstrated teamwork skills as well as strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders across different teams, cultures, and geographies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Location: In office (London, EC4A 1BR)

Employment Type: Fixed term contract, 12 months
