We are seeking a motivated Project Director to join our team in London, to play a key role in developing, driving and project managing leadership development solutions for our clients. Our entrepreneurial environment will offer you significant opportunities for personal and professional development, and the freedom to excel. This role is office based and requires regular travel to client sites.
Responsibilities:- Translate client needs into impactful learning solutions.
- Produce and manage actionable project plans and drive progress towards deliverables.
- Manage project budget, contract, and timelines to ensure successful project completion.
- Build strong relationships with clients at senior levels, including multinational FTSE 500 organizations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project progress and quality standards are met.
- Lead project teams, providing feedback, guidance, and support to ensure project milestones and goals are met.
- Prepare and deliver status updates and presentations to clients and internal teams.
- Identify, track, and communicate project risks and issues to drive resolution.
- Compile and analyze data to evaluate project performance.
- Experience in learning & development program design (preferably for Leadership Development) or consulting in a people related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in project management. PM qualification preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Resilient and adaptable, comfortable working in a changing environment.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and influence project team members to drive success.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must be able to travel regularly.
