  • Build and manage relationships with top-tier educators and facilitators.

  • Lead onboarding, training, and engagement initiatives for new and existing educators.
  • Support the design and delivery of global leadership development programs.
  • Maintain accurate educator data and ensure smooth operational processes.
  • 2–4 years of experience in educator engagement, program coordination, or stakeholder management.
  • Background in executive education, higher education, or learning and development is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
