Role Overview We are hiring a Client Director to play a leading role in expanding our market presence in the Middle East. Working closely with the Regional Management Director, this is a unique opportunity to develop and execute strategy and vision, and to lead client engagements and accounts, contributing to an expanding region for one of the most entrepreneurial leadership development companies. Exciting work you will do: Focus on business development, account leadership, and solution delivery across clients, developing in-depth solutions that ensure long-term success. Utilize your unique perspectives, personality, and creativity to think big about client challenges and develop innovative leadership solutions. Identify and sell solutions that provide real value to clients through Duke’s design approach to leadership development. Impact the bottom line by building and leveraging client and team relationships that drive results and fuel growth. Lead and manage team members on projects and as a mentor—sharing experiences, expertise, and insights to support their development. Establish yourself as a thought leader by expanding your professional network through memberships, speaking engagements, writing, and community activities. Work primarily with clients in the Middle East, with some travel required. Requirements Ideally, we would like someone with: Senior-level management consulting, advisory, professional services, or Big 4 consulting experience. Experience consulting with Middle Eastern clients is desirable but not essential. Proven success in supporting business expansion within existing accounts, creating new opportunities, and driving significant client account growth. Extensive experience in pitch and proposal development, with the ability to effectively sell solutions through authentic exchanges, consensus building, and collaboration. A track record of leading large, complex consulting engagements, including establishing credibility with senior executives. Creative ingenuity and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
