We are working closely with a growing US firm in London on a new role for a junior Corporate M&A Associate. The London Corporate team offers a broad range of work from private M&A to private equity, joint ventures, and general corporate governance matters.
This new position is being targeted at candidates with the following profile:
- 1-3 PQE in Corporate M&A (ideally focus on private M&A but public M&A experience is also welcome)
- Qualified in the UK or Ireland, although commonwealth qualified Associates currently working in London will also be of interest
The Partners are keen to hear from candidates who are currently working at a range of law firms, including:
- Small
- City
- West End
- Large regional (i.e. Bristol / Birmingham / Manchester / Leeds)
- International firms in Scotland and Ireland
