We are working closely with the Partners at this attractive US firm, on a search for a senior level Associate to join the team. The team is a subset of the London Corporate group, focusing on high-value private M&A. The work is focused on cutting-edge developments in the energy and power sectors - it is not essential to have direct experience of matters in this sector, as the Partners are happy to train up where necessary. It is a close-knit team with an excellent working culture, and will offer the new recruit career progression potential.

The firm occupies a niche in the London legal market, with a UK-hours target along with a US-remuneration package, and the opportunity to earn at the very top of the market.

Qualifications
  • Currently working at a high-profile UK or US firm in London, with around 4-8 PQE (although more senior candidates may be considered)
  • UK or commonwealth qualification, ideally having trained and qualified in London
  • A strong track record of advising on private M&A deals, including SPAs and shareholder agreements, along with joint ventures
