We are working with a prestigious US firm in London on a new role for a mid-senior Structured Finance Associate. The practice has grown in recent years and is part of the established London office's Finance team, which also draws on a network in Europe, Asia Pacific and the US to offer clients a comprehensive range of advice on high value CLOs and asset-backed securitisations.

Candidates should have the following profile:

  • 3-7 years of PQE, ideally trained and qualified in the UK
  • Currently working at another international firm in London or overseas
  • Track record of advising on high-value structured finance and securitisation deals
  • General finance experience is also of interest
