Financial Restructuring Associate (1+ PQE) - Elite US Firm in London

We are working with this elite US firm in London on a rare opening for a junior to mid-level Financial Restructuring Associate.

The role will focus on non-contentious, transactional restructuring matters, acting for lenders and specialist debt management firms, including on special situations.

The partners are interested in hearing from associates with around 1-5 years of PQE from firms in London, as well as being open to candidates from the Australia or New Zealand markets. Candidates must have experience of insolvency and restructuring with solid non-contentious expertise.
