This established US firm is currently recruiting for a mid to senior level Associate into its growing Corporate Tax practice in London. The recruiting Partner is looking to add an Associate with around 3-6 PQE, ideally gained at another leading international firm in London.
This is an opportunity to work closely with the lead Corporate Tax Partner and to gain experience of a broad range of work, including the full spectrum of M&A, private equity, and financings. The firm, which is West Coast headquartered, has a relaxed and genuinely positive working environment and a UK-hours target in London, whilst still offering full US-remuneration.
