We are working closely with this international firm in London on a new role for a mid-senior level Associate to join the Corporate team, to focus on transactions within the energy and natural resources sector.
The London Corporate Energy practice, which has expanded at Partner level recently, is looking to hire candidates with the following profile:
- Mid-level (c.2-7 PQE) Associate with experience in the London or overseas market, coming from a leading international firm.
- Extensive M&A, joint ventures, private equity, and project development matters relating to the energy and natural resources sector, ideally covering emerging markets across Asia and Africa.
