This position with Duininck Concrete offers the opportunity to be home every night after safely delivering concrete to construction sites as a critical member of the team. CDL is needed but no Ready‑Mix experience required; we provide paid training on how to handle and deliver concrete safely and efficiently to customers.
The Role:
- Safely operate a ready‑mix truck to transport and deliver concrete to construction sites.
- Follow DOT requirements.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Follow instructions regarding the type and quantity of concrete to be delivered.
- Communicate with dispatch regarding any delivery updates or issues.
- Provide customer service by interacting professionally at construction sites.
- Ensure the proper handling and pouring of concrete to prevent spills or damage.
- Maintain clean interior and exterior truck.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
- Climb ladders and stairs.
- Work in various weather conditions.
What we Look For:
- CDL Class B Required (Class A preferred.)
