This role is right for individuals with proven consultancy delivery experience, who will thrive leading a range of initiatives and projects, with a variety of clients and capabilities, within the fast-moving data landscape. Projects may include leading the delivery of data governance & management operating model, data quality platform, data strategy, data architecture and ensuring successful enablement of enterprise-wide cultural change.
This role will lead and influence large-scale organisational change initiatives across the full enterprise, ensuring structured implementation, sustainable adoption, and successful transition into Business as Usual (BAU). The role requires a blend of strategic influence, programme delivery expertise, commercial awareness, and reputational stewardship.
Requirements
- ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE Programme Delivery
- Proven experience overseeing the delivery of complex advisory and technical programmes, including data focused initiatives such as Data Quality tool builds and Data Governance operating model implementations, recognising and managing interdependences across standalone projects.
- Demonstrated end‑to‑end project management capability, including Agile methods, with a track record of successfully delivering projects through the full lifecycle.
- Demonstrated ability to oversee complex delivery programmes, providing clear direction and being fully accountable for workstream outcomes, timelines, risks and quality.
- Proven experience leading people and cultural change at enterprise scale, fostering high‑performance teams and embedding new ways of working across large, multi‑disciplinary organisations.
- Proven experience managing cross‑programme dependencies, assumptions, risks and impacts across a diverse client or organisational portfolio.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver against key milestones while ensuring alignment with broader enterprise strategies and priorities.

- Proven experience managing reputational risk when delivering enterprise-wide change, ensuring issues are identified early and mitigated effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of governance and communication across business and technical stakeholders protecting and enhancing Dufrain’s brand and credibility.

- Proven ability to identify and shape commercial opportunities through enterprise-wide engagements, translating client needs into well-defined delivery solutions and proposals.
- Demonstrated experience ensuring programme outcomes align with broader strategic and revenue objectives, contributing to organisational growth.
- Track record of influencing at enterprise level and successfully delivering complex, large-scale programmes that showcase Dufrain’s capability.
- Experience building internal capability, developing propositions and taking new ideas to market.
About You
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-wide change initiatives, preferably within data-focused programmes or projects.
- Demonstrated programme leadership across complex, multi-workstream environments.
- Strong project and portfolio oversight, with experience managing cross-programme dependencies, assumptions, risks and impacts.
- Strong understanding of organisational design, governance frameworks and operating-model transition into BAU.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, with a track record of coaching, mentoring and internal people development.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, including engagement at senior leadership level.
- Commercially astute, with the ability to align delivery activity to strategic business opportunities.
- Experience working within consultancy or client facing environments, delivery value under pressure and to tight timelines.
- Proven facilitation skills, including leading workshops, structured discussions and design sessions to drive alignment and decision making.
- Strong hypothesis-led problem solving capability, able to break down complex challenges and develop clear, evidence-based recommendations.
- Adaptable and comfortable operating in ambiguity, particularly in early-stage engagements or rapidly evolving environments.
