As part of Dufrain's AI Value Realisation team, the successful candidate will work with clients to identify high-value AI opportunities, prioritise investment, and deliver the transformation needed to turn AI ambition into business outcomes.
Requirements
Our AI Transformation & Value Realisation Manager lead initiatives spanning AI strategy, use case identification and prioritisation, transformation roadmaps, adoption, workforce enablement, governance and benefits realisation.
The focus is ensuring AI investments deliver tangible, sustainable value and become embedded into day-to-day business operations.
The role will also help shape Dufrain's AI Value Realisation service, developing frameworks, methods and reusable assets that enable clients to accelerate AI adoption and maximise return on investment.
The role requires a blend of strategic consulting, value realisation expertise, organisational change leadership, programme delivery experience, commercial awareness, and credibility in applying AI and Gen AI to solve business challenges.
