We’re growing. And that means hiring really, really well. We are looking for a Talent Partner who cares deeply about people, loves solving problems, and wants to build hiring processes that are fair, thoughtful and genuinely enjoyable. This is a generalist role. You’ll hire across different parts of the business including Product and Tech (great if you’ve done it before, completely fine if you haven’t). What matters most is how you think: commercially aware, people-first, and confident enough to challenge when it counts. If you get excited about brilliant hires, strong partnerships, and improving how things work you’ll fit right in.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own end-to-end hiring across a mix of roles
- Partner closely with leaders to shape hiring plans (and push back when needed)
- Proactively build diverse talent pipelines - not just wait for applications
- Design structured, inclusive interview processes
- Use data and insight to guide decisions, not gut feel
- Make candidate experience something people talk about for the right reasons
What we’re looking for:
- Experience hiring across multiple functions (we value range over narrow specialism)
- Exposure to Product or Tech hiring - helpful, not essential
- Strong stakeholder skills and the confidence to influence
- A bias for action and a solutions-first mindset
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
If this role excites you but you’re not sure you meet every requirement, apply anyway. We’d much rather speak to great people than perfect CVs.
Some reasons why you’ll love working here:
- Work From Anywhere - work abroad for part of the year
- Duffel Travel Allowance - because building in travel should come with travel perks
- Enhanced parental leave
- Sabbatical options - proper time to recharge
- A Shoreditch office near Liverpool Street + regular team socials
- Competitive salary + potential equity
You’ll join a smart, kind, ambitious team building something meaningful in travel with real ownership, autonomy, and the chance to shape how we hire as we scale. And we think that’s pretty exciting.
