Partnerships owns Duffel’s global supply strategy across airlines, hotels, cars, and emerging travel verticals. As our airline portfolio grows, so does the complexity of managing relationships, distribution updates, and commercial structures. This role sits at the center of that system, acting as the connective layer between airlines and our internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly day to day.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in account management, partnerships, or commercial operations.
  • Experience in the travel industry (airlines or distribution) and familiarity with GDS, NDC, or airline commercial models is a significant 'nice to have.'
  • Comfort working with performance data, reporting tools such as SQL or Metabase, and interpreting trends to make informed decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to bring structure to fast‑moving environments while managing multiple workstreams.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, capable of translating partner conversations into actionable internal steps.

Responsibilities

  • Managing day‑to‑day communication with airline partners and handling inbound requests regarding NDC updates and operational queries.
  • Building and maintaining visibility across partnership metrics and tracking supplier commercial frameworks, including commissions and incentives.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure airline requirements are understood and following through on tasks to maintain momentum.
  • Supporting the Head of Partnerships by maintaining visibility on prospective airlines and ensuring ongoing conversations continue to progress.
  • Building and improving internal documentation, trackers, and processes to help the Partnerships team scale.

Location Shoreditch, London. Hybrid work‑from‑home with office presence required on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
