Accredited VAG Diagnostic Technician Norwich | Full Time Duff Morgan SEAT & CUPRA Norwich Due to the continued growth of the CUPRA brand, we are looking for an experienced and accredited VAG Diagnostic Technician to join our aftersales team at Duff Morgan in Norwich.

Representing both SEAT and CUPRA, Duff Morgan has been delivering exceptional customer service and automotive expertise since 1909.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a modern Volkswagen Audi Group environment using the latest manufacturer diagnostic equipment and training.

• The Role As an Accredited VAG Diagnostic Technician, you will be responsible for:
• Diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle faults across SEAT and CUPRA models
• Carrying out advanced electrical, mechanical, and software diagnostics
• Completing servicing, repairs, and manufacturer campaigns to VAG standards
• Supporting workshop efficiency and maintaining high levels of productivity
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to manufacturer guidelines
• Liaising with Service Advisors and customers where required
• Maintaining accurate job records and workshop documentation

What We’re Looking For The successful candidate will have

• Previous experience within a Volkswagen Audi Group dealership environment
• VAG Diagnostic Accreditation (essential)
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• A full UK driving licence
• The ability to work independently and as part of a professional workshop team
• A positive attitude with excellent attention to detail
• MOT Tester qualification (preferred but not essential)

About the Role As a VAG Master Technician, you will play a key role within the aftersales department, carrying out advanced diagnostics, repairs, servicing, and technical support to the highest manufacturer standards.

You will be responsible for

• Diagnosing complex mechanical and electrical faults across SEAT and CUPRA vehicles
• Carrying out servicing, repairs, and maintenance efficiently and accurately
• Supporting and mentoring other technicians within the workshop
• Completing warranty work in line with manufacturer guidelines
• Using the latest VAG diagnostic equipment and systems
• Ensuring all work is completed to exceptional quality and safety standards
• Delivering excellent customer satisfaction through first-time fixes and professional workmanship

The Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will

• Hold current VAG Master Technician accreditation
• Have proven experience within a franchised VAG environment
• Be confident in advanced diagnostics and fault finding
• Possess strong technical knowledge of modern vehicle systems
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Have excellent communication and team-working skills
• Be committed to maintaining high standards and continuous professional development
• Hold VAG High Voltage accreditation or EV/Hybrid qualifications (advantageous but not essential)
