This is a rare opportunity to build something from the ground up. As Duetto's Director of Product Management for HotStats, you'll establish the entire product management function for a portfolio that sits at the heart of our expanding Revenue & Profit Operating System β shaping strategy, building the team, and driving the roadmap that unlocks HotStats's full commercial potential.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own the HotStats product strategy end-to-end β translating company goals into investment themes, long-term roadmaps, and prioritized delivery plans tied to measurable business outcomes.
- Build the product management operating model from scratch, including governance structures, planning rhythms, prioritization frameworks, and quality standards.
- Lead cross-functional alignment across Engineering, UX, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success β making opinionated calls on what to build, simplify, or retire.
- Represent Product in executive and customer forums, influencing company-level prioritization and championing the HotStats portfolio at the leadership level.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of product managers, setting clear expectations for craft excellence and accountability.
- Keep HotStats sharp and differentiated β continuously benchmarking the portfolio against market, competitive, and customer signals to ensure strong positioning within Duetto's platform.
What We're Looking For
- You may be a good fit if you have the following:
- 9+ years in B2B SaaS product management, with clear progression in scope and ownership.
- 5+ years leading product managers or product leaders, with accountability for team performance and development.
- Proven portfolio-level product strategy experience β roadmap design, stakeholder alignment, and delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Executive-level communication and influence skills, including experience representing product at the leadership level and navigating competing priorities.
- A strong data-driven mindset and comfort operating in complex, ambiguous environments.
Strong candidates may also have:
- Experience in hospitality technology or familiarity with hotel financial performance, P&L benchmarking, or financial data products (USALI knowledge a bonus).
- Experience leading product through post-acquisition integration, platform migration, or organizational transformation.
- A track record of building product management functions from scratch β no playbook required.
