In this role you lead the FP&A systems and reporting infrastructure at Duetto, owning the data model, architecture, and AI-enabled workflows that drive fast, trustworthy reporting. You will shape how finance operates by centralizing data from NetSuite, Salesforce, and other sources, and by embedding AI-driven processes into close, forecasting, and board reporting. You collaborate across functions to deliver scalable, executive-ready insights that support strategic growth in hospitality software.
Responsibilities
- Own FP&A systems architecture and data centralization, consolidating data from NetSuite, Salesforce, and departmental sources into a single source of truth.
- Manage the core data model and platform governance in Abacum as it rolls out, aligning inputs and assumptions with FP&A needs.
- Architect and maintain integrated financial model (P&L, cash flow, reforecast/budget engine) for scalability across departments.
- Own monthly and quarterly board/sponsor reporting, delivering a defensible narrative for CFO and board.
- Build scenario and sensitivity analyses to support leadership decisions on growth, liquidity, and investments.
- Partner with Accounting to accelerate the monthly close process.
- Own cash flow forecasting and covenant compliance monitoring for early risk visibility.
- Define modern FP&A with AI-augmented workflows and standards for an AI-first finance operation.
- Own consolidated P&L variance analysis and translate findings into leadership-ready explanations.
- Collaborate with R&D and G&A leaders to provide data-based strategic recommendations.
Key requirements
- 6–10 years in FP&A or Financial Systems with focus on executive reporting, processes, systems architecture, or data infrastructure in a SaaS environment.
- Interest and experience with AI-augmented work, automation, and prompt-driven workflows in finance.
- Mastery of financial modelling and reporting that is accurate, scalable, and cross-functional.
- Fluency with ERP and FP&A platforms (NetSuite or equivalent; Abacum, Adaptive Insights, OneStream, Pigment or equivalent).
- Hands-on experience owning forecasting, scenario modelling, and covenant compliance.
- Proven ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders and translate multi-department data into executive narratives.
