We are looking for an energetic, curious, and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing global team. As part of the Business Development function, you will play a pivotal role in driving net new pipeline growth across EMEA through a mix of inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers—sparking meaningful conversations, identifying business needs, and creating qualified opportunities for our sales team. Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline Generation & Qualification: Develop new business opportunities through proactive outbound outreach (email, phone, social, events) across key EMEA markets. Qualify and follow up on inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and high-quality engagement. Research and identify target accounts, buyer personas, and relevant stakeholders to tailor messaging and outreach. Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to uncover pain points, assess fit, and convert leads into qualified opportunities.
- Territory & Account Development: Execute outreach strategies aligned to the company's ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and regional priorities. Partner closely with Regional Sales Managers to coordinate territory plans, handoff processes, and feedback loops. Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in the CRM to ensure visibility and forecast accuracy.
- Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with Marketing to optimize campaign follow-up, messaging, and lead nurturing strategies. Provide market insights and feedback from conversations to help shape go-to-market messaging. Leverage AI-driven tools and automation to improve prospecting efficiency and personalization. Participate in regular coaching sessions with the Head of Business Development to continually refine messaging, qualification, and closing techniques.
- Performance & Metrics: Consistently achieve or exceed targets for qualified pipeline contribution and associated closed-won business. Track activity metrics (calls, emails, connections, meetings) and continuously optimize outreach for performance and impact.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a sales, business development, or SDR/BDR role (preferably in B2B SaaS or hospitality technology).
- Bilingual in Spanish, French, and English (other languages a plus).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills—comfortable engaging senior-level decision-makers.
- Proven ability to manage high volumes of activity while maintaining a focus on quality conversations and outcomes.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Apollo, HubSpot).
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and goal-oriented with a growth mindset.
- Experience prospecting into hospitality, travel, or technology industries is a plus.
