Duetto is redefining how hotels think about profit, and this role sits right at the center of it. You'll own the strategy for finding where hotels are quietly losing margin, starting with what their distribution really costs them, and turning that visibility into real, defensible profit gains.
What Makes Us Different?
Duetto is the hospitality industry's leading revenue management platform, founded in 2012 by former Wynn Resorts executives who knew the industry needed better technology. We built the world's first Revenue & Profit Operating System — a suite of tools (GameChanger, ScoreBoard, BlockBuster, Advance, HotStats and more) that goes beyond room pricing to give hotels, resorts and casinos a complete picture of their revenue and profitability. Trusted by clients ranging from independent boutique hotels to global chains, we've been named the #1 Revenue Management Software by HotelTechAwards four years running and the #1 Best Place to Work in Hotel Tech in 2025. Backed by GrowthCurve Capital since 2024, we're accelerating our investment in AI, and we're genuinely passionate about the industry we serve. We build products we're proud of, for customers we care about.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own the roadmap for a new profit optimization bet, starting with distribution and channel cost, the area where hotels lose the most margin without realizing it.
- Work closely with Engineering, UX, and Data Science from discovery through delivery, with more profit levers ahead as this platform grows.
- Become the go-to expert on the economics that separate revenue from profit: OTA commissions, GDS fees, loyalty costs, net-rate vs. sell-rate channels, and ancillary/board service revenue.
- Turn real-world revenue management practice into clear product requirements.
- Evaluate and manage data and integration partnerships with channel managers, GDS aggregators, and benchmarking providers, stress-testing what their APIs actually support before anything hits the roadmap.
- Lead competitive analysis across RMS, distribution, and benchmarking providers, separating genuine capability gaps from things that just look automated.
- Build and defend the business case for each new profit lever you take on, applying a fact-first, no-overclaiming lens to every piece of evidence you bring to leadership.
- Validate direction directly with revenue managers, GMs, and commercial teams so the roadmap reflects how hotels actually work, not just how the data looks on paper.
What We're Looking For
You may be a good fit if you have the following:
- 5+ years of product management experience shipping B2B SaaS, ideally in hospitality, travel, or a related data/analytics space.
- Hands-on experience in hotel revenue management, distribution, or benchmarking, whether as a product leader, practitioner, or analyst at an RMS, channel manager, GDS, OTA, or benchmarking/data provider, or on a hotel commercial team.
- An analytics-minded approach to product, with experience shipping decision support tools (forecasting engines, pricing tools, recommendation systems, or benchmarking dashboards) where the product's job is to change what a user does next, not just report on what happened.
- A knack for turning ambiguous, partially-documented industry mechanics into clear, defensible product requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior stakeholders.
Strong candidates may also have:
- Prior product, strategy, or analytics experience at a hotel revenue management, benchmarking, or distribution technology company.
- Experience evaluating, negotiating, or managing data and integration partnerships.
- Familiarity with USALI accounting standards and hotel P&L structures.
- Experience with, or a strong point of view on, agentic AI products, tools that take action on a user's behalf rather than just present information.
Why Duetto?
- You'll shape one of the flagship bets in Duetto's RPOS platform from the ground up.
- We're an AI-forward company: every role, including Product, is being actively redesigned around AI-augmented workflows, and you'll be equipped to work at that frontier.
- You'll work alongside people who genuinely love this industry, not just the software.
- We back our people the same way we back our product bets: with trust, ownership, and real investment in getting it right.
