Role Summary / Purpose
The Inside Sales Manager owns full-cycle inside sales to generate, qualify, and close standard deals within an assigned book of business. This role builds pipeline through targeted outreach and rapid follow-up, delivers tailored demos and proposals, negotiates within guardrails to signature, and maintains accurate CRM documentation while partnering with Marketing, Customer Success, and Partners on discrete GTM plays that increase qualified opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on new sales leads to build a robust and qualified sales pipeline.
- Manage the entire pipeline process, from initial contact and qualification through to deal closure.
- Deliver compelling, value-driven sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential and existing clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and handle client objections to successfully close new business deals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client data in the CRM system.
- Conduct continuous industry and market research to identify new opportunities and competitive threats.
- Participate in industry conferences and events to represent Duetto and drive lead generation.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partners on GTM plays to increase qualified pipeline and close-rates.
- Provide product feedback to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams, identifying opportunities to improve GTM strategy and processes.
- Perform other related duties as needed to support team and company priorities.
Success Metrics
- CARR Increase through net-new logos and existing account expansions.
- Consistent achievement of monthly/quarterly quotas for meetings, opportunities, and bookings.
Qualifications
Required:
- 2-3 years of experience in SaaS sales or business development.
- Demonstrated experience in a sales role, with a focus on pitching products, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and GSuite (Sheets, Docs, Slides or equivalent).
- Hospitality industry experience, ideally in sales or revenue management.
- Proven capability in pipeline creation and management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a metrics-driven environment, balancing volume with quality.
Preferred:
- Domain knowledge of Revenue Management SaaS or hotel technology.
- Formal training in sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, MEDDIC).
- Business proficiency in French, Spanish, German or Italian preferred.
