This is a rare opportunity to build something from the ground up. As Duetto's Director of Product Management for HotStats, you'll establish the entire product management function for a portfolio that sits at the heart of our expanding Revenue & Profit Operating System — shaping strategy, building the team, and driving the roadmap that unlocks HotStats's full commercial potential.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Own the HotStats product strategy end-to-end — translating company goals into investment themes, long-term roadmaps, and prioritized delivery plans tied to measurable business outcomes.
- Build the product management operating model from scratch, including governance structures, planning rhythms, prioritization frameworks, and quality standards.
- Lead cross-functional alignment across Engineering, UX, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success — making opinionated calls on what to build, simplify, or retire.
- Represent Product in executive and customer forums, influencing company-level prioritization and championing the HotStats portfolio at the leadership level.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of product managers, setting clear expectations for craft excellence and accountability.
- Keep HotStats sharp and differentiated — continuously benchmarking the portfolio against market, competitive, and customer signals to ensure strong positioning within Duetto's platform.
What We're Looking For:
- You may be a good fit if you have the following:
- 9+ years in B2B SaaS product management, with clear progression in scope and ownership.
- 5+ years leading product managers or product leaders, with accountability for team performance and development.
- Proven portfolio-level product strategy experience — roadmap design, stakeholder alignment, and delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Executive-level communication and influence skills, including experience representing product at the leadership level and navigating competing priorities.
- A strong data-driven mindset and comfort operating in complex, ambiguous environments.
Strong candidates may also have:
- Experience in hospitality technology or familiarity with hotel financial performance, P&L benchmarking, or financial data products (USALI knowledge a bonus).
- Experience leading product through post-acquisition integration, platform migration, or organizational transformation.
- A track record of building product management functions from scratch — no playbook required.
Why Duetto?
- Build something that matters. HotStats has never had a formal product management function — you're not stepping into someone else's process, you're creating the blueprint.
- Real impact on a real industry. The hotels, resorts, and casinos that rely on our platform feel the difference our products make. Your work has a direct line to customer outcomes.
- AI is how we work — for everyone. Duetto is actively redesigning workflows with AI across every function. In this role, you'll be at the frontier of AI-augmented product development, equipped and encouraged to leverage cutting-edge tools in how you lead, prioritise, and ship.
- A team that plays to win. We move with urgency, support each other, and take the work seriously — without taking ourselves too seriously.
- Come as you are. We value diverse perspectives and genuinely believe the best ideas come from open debate and a culture where everyone feels welcome.
The Details:
- Location: United States or United Kingdom
- Work model: Remote
