Duende Lab creates premium, hands-on creative workshops designed for the general public, as well as corporate teams, private groups, and luxury hospitality partners. Our experiences are sensory-led, material-focused, and carefully structured to feel both refined and human - combining creativity, calm, and meaningful connection. Based in London, we work primarily from our studio at art’otel Battersea, while also delivering bespoke workshops at client locations. We collaborate with a wide range of clients, from corporate teams to high-end brands, and place strong emphasis on professionalism, consistency, and exceptional guest experience.
We’re looking for part-time Creative Workshop Instructors to join Duende Lab. This role is ideal for someone confident, organised, and people-focused, who enjoys leading groups and wants flexible, creative work alongside other commitments.
The Role
You’ll join us initially as a Trainee Instructor for a 4-week probation period. Upon successful completion, you’ll become a Creative Workshop Instructor working independently on assigned workshops.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering creative workshops as assigned
- Keeping track of supplies for workshops you are responsible for
- Communicating directly with customers before, during, and after sessions
- Collecting customer reviews after each class
- Following up with customers to gather private feedback and insights
Training and Support
- Full training provided
- All workshop materials supplied
- Shadowing experienced instructors before running sessions solo
- Clear processes, briefs, and ongoing support
Location and Schedule
- Most sessions take place at our studio in art’otel Battersea, London
- Occasional off-site workshops at client locations 1–2 days per week, flexible hours
- Ongoing role (not ad-hoc only)
Who we are looking for
This is an entry-level friendly role - no prior teaching or facilitation experience required. You’ll be a great fit if you are:
