About Us

Duel is a SaaS company on a mission to make Brand Advocacy the industry standard philosophy for building brilliant retail brands. We exist to show that companies built for advocacy can change the world. The Duel Brand Advocacy Solution allows enterprise brands to do just that. We have onboarded over 60 influential brands such as Abercrombie & Fitch, Charlotte Tilbury, Spanx, Victoria's Secret, LUSH and Elemis.

The Role

We are hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to own Duel's go-to-market revenue engine. You will become the single source of truth for revenue data across go-to-market and finance, owning our HubSpot CRM end to end, building the processes that both functions trust and helping us scale with clarity. You will work closely with our Head of Strategic Marketing on systems strategy, with our sales team on process and pipeline, and with finance on forecasting and revenue accuracy.

We're Looking for Someone Who Will…

  • Own the data, the workflows, the process, produce clear dashboards and be accountable for what they show.
  • Own the forecasting cadence, moving from "gut-feel" to data-backed predictability.
  • Run HubSpot with deep expertise; building, simplifying, and optimising with genuine command of the platform.
  • Create a cohesive, automated revenue ecosystem that drives high adoption and provides a seamless user experience across GTM and Finance teams.
  • Continuously engage with the engagement model to identify and dismantle bottlenecks.
  • Own reporting insights & analytics by ensuring our data is pristine.
  • Build stakeholder relationships across every team that touches revenue.
  • Proactively report to senior leadership where the next optimisation opportunity is.

We'd Love to Hear from You If You Have…

  • 5+ years, hands-on revenue operations experience, you've owned a HubSpot CRM and a revenue data model.
  • Deep, commercial HubSpot expertise, certified or actively working towards it.
  • A startup or scale-up background, understanding the pace, ambiguity, and breadth of ownership.
  • Experience working across both go-to-market and finance functions.
  • A track record of improving data accuracy and building trust in revenue systems.
  • Experience building or significantly improving a forecasting process.
  • AI awareness, thinking about how AI fits into how RevOps works.

The Person

You're a doer. You come in, you assimilate what's there, form a view, and start making things better. You're commercially curious and understand go-to-market motions.

The Dueligan Culture

We're building a remarkable company with remarkable people and a remarkable culture. Advocacy is our north star, for customers and employees. We value trust and freedom above all else, combined with deep ownership, execution, and candor.

In-Person and Remote Working Balance

We do much of our best work together in person, which is why we're hiring people within commuting distance of our London, Bristol or New York offices. Our hybrid philosophy gives you freedom and flexibility.

Duel Perks and Benefits

  • Flexible working hours.
  • Around 32 days of Annual Leave.
  • On-going training where required.
  • Options scheme for all full-time employees.
  • Company MacBook to work from.
  • £350 WFH Set-Up.
  • Headspace Contributions.
  • Personal Development budget and support.
  • 2 additional days leave for volunteering.
