CRM Manager (Contract)

We’re seeking a CRM Manager to join us on a contract basis, helping us elevate how brands engage with their communities and foster meaningful advocacy. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of designing and optimising CRM strategies that drive loyalty, engagement, and long-term brand success.

The Duel Brand Advocacy Platform allows enterprise brands to scale how they manage their relationships with thousands of advocates, customers, creators and brand ambassadors. The Role
Strategic Development: Lead the development and execution of CRM strategies that align with brand goals, enhancing customer engagement and loyalty.
Implementation: Build, refine, and scale CRM workflows, campaigns, and touch-points, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
Data-Driven Insights: Analyse customer data to inform CRM initiatives, identifying trends and opportunities to create impactful marketing strategies.
Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver CRM solutions tailored to the needs of beauty, fashion, and MarTech brands.
Optimisation: Continuously monitor and optimise CRM performance, implementing best practices and new technologies to achieve outstanding results.

Proven CRM Expertise: You’ve successfully built and scaled CRM strategies within brand, marketing, beauty, fashion, or SaaS industries.
Creative & Analytical: You bring a balance of creativity and data-driven thinking to your approach, blending innovative ideas with strategic rigor.

The Experience
Strong experience with leading CRM tools and systems such as HubSpot and Klaviyo, or similar.
Deep understanding of CRM best practices in industries like beauty, fashion, or MarTech.
Demonstrable success in delivering scalable and effective CRM strategies for well-known brands.
Familiarity with integration tools, customer segmentation, email marketing, and lifecycle management.
