The role:
- You own the product backlog across casino, sportsbook, and games.
- You translate vision into stories, stories into shipped features, and shipped features into better player experiences.
- You work directly with engineering and design — no layers, no bureaucracy, no nonsense.

What you’ll do:
- Own and prioritise the backlog across all platforms.
- Turn product vision into clear user stories and tasks.
- Monitor player engagement and performance — find what’s broken, fix it, find what’s missing, build it.
- Gather and define requirements with stakeholders, functional and non-functional.
- Drive growth through ideas that are actually different.
What you’ll need:
- 3+ years in a product ownership or management role.
- Gambling or gaming industry experience preferred.
