This is a fabulous opportunity to join a UK brand based in Liverpool as HR Admin Team Leader.
The HR Team Leader leads the transactional HR Shared Service team. A team of 4, this role will have responsibility for the delivery of all HR administration and first line service to the business. This really is the beating heart of the HR team, and enables the wider HR and business functions to operate smoothly and with efficiency.
Exceptional customer service blended with accuracy, pace, efficiency, and an eye for continuous improvement of systems and process will be key to success. This role will demand someone who is very comfortable with technology and systems, and will have an eye for high volumes and quick problem solving within a time critical environment.
Nurturing and coaching a new administration team who will be looking to this person for leadership and development will be a critical aspect of this role.
This role will be based in Liverpool and the person will be present in the office at least 4 days per week.
