We are working with a highly successful business that is critical to the infrastructure of the UK. The business has invested highly in its people and has developed an HR Agenda that puts the employee lifecycle as a top priority.
They are now looking for a Head of Reward, who, managing a team of 5 in payroll, will put together, deliver and continuously improve the reward, benefits and payroll strategy. The successful candidate will act as the organisation's lead expert on compensation, benefits, payroll processing and pay governance, integrating process and systems in order to take forward the people agenda.
This is a really exciting new role, with the opportunity to really shape reward for the future. The role is based four days a week on site, with the opportunity to work from home one day a week.
