We are looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator and Reception Coordinator to support the smooth day to day running of our office. This role is central to the business and would suit someone who enjoys being the first point of contact, keeping things in order, and supporting colleagues across multiple departments. You will be responsible for managing reception and phone calls, supporting administrative processes, and carrying out regular monthly tasks that help keep our operations running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Reception and Front of House
- Greet visitors and contractors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Manage incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Maintain a tidy, organised, and professional office environment
- Carry out general office administration duties across the business
- Assist with document management, filing, and record keeping
- Support internal teams with ad hoc administrative tasks
- Manage incoming and outgoing post
- Order office supplies and consumables as needed
- Support basic coordination tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly day to day
- Check delivery notes against purchase orders on a monthly basis
- Flag discrepancies and liaise with relevant team members where required
- Maintain accurate records for finance and operational use

Working Pattern
This role is required five days per week. We are open to flexible working hours, including school friendly hours, for the right candidate.
