We have an exciting opportunity for an apprentice to join our construction site teams in the North East region. We work on a variety of interesting and challenging construction projects predominantly within the healthcare, education and commercial sectors. You will attend block release at college and a HNC in construction built environment.

Training course: Construction site supervisor (level 4)
Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8.00am - 5.00pm. Fixed term contract for 2 years. 40 hours a week.
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you will do at work:
- Work on our sites in and around the North East area.
- Engage in a mixture of office and site-based tasks to gain well-rounded experience.
- Exposure to Health, Safety & Environment management, Planning and Co-ordination, and Commercial management.
- Choose your preferred career pathway after completing departmental rotations.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the site management team to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, on budget, and to the correct specifications.
- Spend time in different departments such as site engineering, construction management, design, planning, digital, commercial, and pre-construction.
- Learn how we procure work, design, plan, and construct buildings for our clients.
- Become proficient in the application and use of a wide range of Company systems and software packages and survey instruments.
- Attend College as required.
Our regions cover a large geographic area, and while we try to place staff near their homes, they may be required to work some distance away.
